If you love the Savior,
Show it in your life;
Lessen pain and sorrow,
Lessen sin and strife;
To the weak and weary
Strength and rest impart;
Cheer the saddened spirit,
Soothe the breaking heart.

If you love the Savior,
Show it ev’ry day
To the hearts that struggle,
To the souls that stray;
Ready be to comfort,
Willing be to cheer;
Show some needy brother
That a friend is near.

If you love the Savior,
Be for Him a pow’r;
Work for Him, and praise Him
Ev’ry day and hour;
Spread the gospel message,
Shed the gospel light,
Daily grow in kindness,
Faith, and love, and might.
